Stuart takes a visit to Melaleuka Farm and discovers the rich history of the farm and the small group of people who keep it running.

• Melaleuka Farm is a family-owned cattle farm based out of Dandalup, south of Perth that has been running since 1948. It has spanned four generations and with all of that collective experience, it's not hard to see why their beef is so excellent.
• Melaleuka Farm is unique in that it produces beef that is used at their hospitality venues around Perth from Eglington to Albany, however their produce is also available for retail purchase online.
• They produce Red Wagyu and Red Wagyu Cross cattle with 2000 cows and 5000 acres being managed by only 4 people.
