Dean interviews Christina &Tania Harding, who will be representing Western Australia in Channel 9’s brand new show The Hotplate.

• Christina & Tania Hardingare a mother/daughter duo that will represent WA in The Hotplate. They manage and work in the restaurant, Christina, and specialize in Italian cuisine, using local West Aussie produce.
• The Hotplate is an Australian cooking reality television series featured on the Nine Network, consisting of state-based restaurants with teams traveling the country to dine in & score each other’s restaurants.
• UK food writer and critic, Tom Parker Bowles and Melbourne restaurateur, Scott Pickett will be judging the restaurants.
