Don shows you three different ways you can use Mundella Greek Yoghurt.
Lemon Horse Radish Dish:
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Mundella Greek Yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons of horseradish
- 1 Zest of lemon
- Salt & Pepper
Method:
- Mix all ingredients in yoghurt & season with salt & pepper.
Serving Suggestions:
1) Selection of fresh cut carrot, celery & cucumber
2) Warm baby kipflers with western salt.
Blue Cheese Ranch Dressing:
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Mundella Greek Yoghurt
- ½ Cup of crumbled blue cheese.
- 1/3 Cup of buttermilk.
- 1 tablespoon of fresh chopped chives.
- 1-tablespoon fresh chopped parsley.
- 1 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce.
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice.
- 2 garlic cloves (minced).
- Salt & Pepper
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl, cover and refrigerate until required.
Serving suggestion:
1) Drizzle over Gascoyne tomato & cucumber salad.
2) Drizzle over Linley Valley grilled pork rib eye.
Fresh Berry Granola, Greek Yoghurt Parfait
Ingredients:
- 450g Mundella Greek Yoghurt.
- 40g WA Karri Honey.
- 250g Fresh Berries – blueberries, raspberries & strawberries (Cut some and keep some whole)
- 150g Granola
- Mint (Optional)
Method
1) Mix honey and yoghurt.
2) Layer some yoghurt with fresh berries, granola, and repeat process until glass is almost full, finish with yoghurt, berries and mint.
Serving Suggestion:
Serve in a trio of different size glassware.
