Story: Harvey Beef Peppercorn Butterflied Beef Pizza

Theo cooks up a favourite all the way from Chicago with local Harvey Beef.
Ingredients:
- 1 Pizza Dough stretched and ready to go
- 2 cups of Harvey Beef rump cut into thin strips
- 90g Fresh Mozzarella
- 2 tbsp caramelised onion
- 2 tbsp roasted red capsicum strips marinated in garlic & parsley
- Balsamic glaze to drizzle
- 1 tsp fresh parsley
- 1 tsp shaved parmesan
Method:
- Pre-heat home oven to 225c fan off
- Break up the mozzarella on the pizza base, starting edges first
- Evenly spread the caramelised onions and red capsicums over the pizza
- Place Harvey Beef strips all over the pizza
- Place pizza in the oven for 5 minutes and then check. If not ready keep an eye on it and give it another 2 minutes
- When the pizza is ready cut and then sprinkle the parmesan and parsley, then drizzle balsamic glaze over the top
