Cashew and Lemon Bliss Balls
Ingredients
200g cashews
100g desiccated coconut
2tsp raw honey
1tsp ground turmeric
Rind of 1 medium lemon
Juice of 1 medium lemon
Instructions
Grind the cashews in a high-power blender or food processor until they’re smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and blitz until the mixture is combined and sticky. Roll the mixture into balls and put in the fridge to set.
