Blake finishes his hunt for the best burgers in Perth at one of the city’s most well-known burger haunts, Varsity Bar.
- Varsity Bar opened their first restaurant in 2013 on Broadway in Nedlands.

- The industry is changing with dietary requirements and preferences. Varsity Bar wants to make sure they are at the forefront of that, keeping things fresh and fun.
- The Texan Deluxe is made with Varsity mayo, barbeque sauce, lettuce, tomato, pickles, tobacco onions, a double patty and bacon.
- The Presley consists of a double patty, cheese, bacon, jelly, peanut butter and mashed banana.
