As the warmth of Spring hits our soils, new crops start to flourish and the excitement and promise of wines and fresh produce is in the air. Stuart travels to the Swan Valley to experience the taste of Spring – WA style!

• Dale Tilbrook of Maalinup Aboriginal Gallery and Mondo Nougat will be running a unique masterclass experience during which you will create your own unique flavour of nougat using a combination of Australian native ingredients and many original favourites.
• Oakover Winery has a full hospitality package, offering breakfast and lunch every day. They also have a massive small goods and cheese section.
