Dumpling Method and Recipe:

• Snowsport dumpling wrappers.
• Filling: Chicken, Oyster sauce, spring onions, ginger.
• Half a teaspoon of filling.
• Folding over the dry edge to meet the wet edge.
• Seal together.
• Flipping them over.
• Add water to both corners of the wrapper.
• Stretch them to meet each other & overlap.
