Western Australia produces some of the country’s best produce, and plenty of it is from right here in the food bowl of the South West in the Southern forests and Valleys.

Not only is the produce from there, it’s also some of the prettiest countryside, full of open spaces, towering forests, winding rivers and plenty of opportunities to eat and drink.

• The region is home to the Warren Blackwood Stock Route, the longest horse trail in WA
