• They start with wine sourced from Margaret River, and take it to their distillery where it is distilled down to neutral spirits. It then arrives at the Gineversity, where it is turned from wine into gin by adding botanicals.
• They are spoilt by a huge range of WA products, with WA bush plants producing unique botanicals.
• They’ve won awards worldwide for their gin and whisky.
• With a Cellar Door and private tasting room, this is a great place to spend a lazy afternoon.
• Gineversity teaches how the botanicals make the gin, with the class giving students the chance to create their own gin blends of distillations.
